Admin Assistant

Location: Office is based in Cyberjaya
Working hours: Office hours
Working days: 5 days
Salary: Minimum RM1000 (Depends on experience)

Requirement:
- Females only
- SPM holders only
- Good command of spoken and written English
language and Bahasa Malaysia
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
and resourceful

Responsibilities:
- General office administration duties, filing, telephone messages
- Updating database of new contacts for Promotions Development
- Handling PRFs, POs and Invoices , make sure all documentation and payment is in order
- Helping on preparation for events / exhibitions
