Web designer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and maintenance of online portals and web applications.
• Assisting in the construction written design documents, test plans and test results.
• Prepare and perform test scripts.
• Develop web layout, animation and graphical images.
• Design overall web layout design & content management flow of website.
• To contribute conceptually to the creative development and the technical executions of the website from time to time.
• Testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions;
• Fixing errors.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/ Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years web design working experience.
• Knowledge of Macromedia Flash, Cold Fusion, Dream Weaver, MS. Net ASP.
• Familiar with HTML, Javascript, CSS, and other popular Internet technologies.
• Must be creative and proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Must be creative, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Good command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential
• Can manage project timelines and deliver work on schedule
• Keep up to date with the latest web technologies and how they can be applied to our developments
• Fast learner and a self starter in learning new skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, creative, goal oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Proactive with good analytical mind, efficient, well-organized and attentive to details.
• Good communication skills and able to present feedback and concepts
